Michael Heuman, MD, General Surgeon

Dr. Heuman received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, Detroit, MI. He completed his residency at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA. Dr. Heuman is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and a member of The Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons. Before joining Clarksville Medical Specialists, Dr. Heuman served as a Commander in the 135th Forward Surgical Team in Seoul, Korea.

Board Certified
Dr. Heuman is certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). Surgeons who attain Certification by the ABS have specialized knowledge and experience relating to the diagnosis, preoperative, operative, postoperative and nonoperative management of surgical problems.
